A Day At The Beach

This is the one I liked best. Check out the eyes and features
New England Sand Sculpting Invitational Revere beach 2006. The largest master sand sculpting event in New England . This wonderful and unique event will run from Monday, 07/10/2006 thru Sunday, 07/16/2006 at Revere Beach, America's first public beach. The competition consists of three divisions; children’s, families, and open. They are always looking for new talent. My wife and I decided to go check it out and we both were glad we did because it really turned out to be a great day. I think most of the sculptures were just awesome. You can see for yourself in the few photos in this post. I do not know who won the contest as of yet because we left before the judges decided. I have set up a link on the Title of this post A DAY AT THE BEACH just click and it will have much more information for anyone who is interested. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did. I have more photos to show but I will put them on another post real soon.
This one was not finished yet but it still looks great.
The detail on this one is really something to see

Those are GORGEOUS - how do they ever get the sand to "STAY PUT"?

And - your cat Willy - LOL! He's adorable - I had an American Grey Shorthair - and I loved him to no end!

Have a splendid day!

How is this even possible? I can't even build a decent castle.

I have never found sand to look so pretty. I usually hate it... It gets all over the place.

Great pictures, I found them very enjoyable!
